Kate Hoy Bio - Executive Producer for My Arizona Health Channel

Background:

After graduating with  degree in Motion Picture and Television, Kate joined the mulit-media e-learning team at the State of Arizona AHCCCS, the state's Medicaid and Medicare program. In 2009, this nationally recognized team was absorbed into the Arizona Department of Health services, where Kate currently heads up the video production department, creating innovative video for the team. Kate is currently coordinating a health channel for our state, a venture that will that will use the talent of our local production houses, casts and crews to create engaging programs that promote active living and healthy lifestyles.

Kate also is the Director for Cinema Lounge for IFP/PHX, the national non-profit organization that supports local filmmakers.

Kate has lived most of her life in Arizona, and currently resides in North Phoenix with her two children Elliot and Emma.
